Made with organic locally farmed sugar-cane, Abelha Gold Cachaca is made using the best possible natural ingredients and using traditional artisan methods. The organic sugar-cane is fermented using homegrown yeasts. The small-batch distillation process uses traditional copper pot stills, which helps to ensure the retention of maximum flavour. Abelha Gold is aged for 3 years made from 'garapeira', also known as Brazilian Ash. The result is a full-bodied cachaca with a rich fruity palate and mellow woody notes which lead to a light spicy finish. Enjoy neat, mixed or with just a dot honey.
