Domaine Alain Chavy represents one half of what was once Domaine Gerard Chavy. In 2003, Alain Chavy divided the family estate with his brother Jean-Louis Chavy and each brother receiving a 6.5 hectare estate of splendid Puligny-Montrachet vineyards.
Alain Chavy has upheld his family's excellent winemaking tradition, producing high quality wined by hand with the bare minimum of chemical usage during the growth of the grapes, before ageing in one of the commune's few wine cellars. |
