Audemus Spirits makes its home in Cognac, France. A region with a long history of distillation, it can be difficult to get established in the area, so Audemus do things differently. Initially beginning distilling their contemporary spirits on a rotary evaporator rather than a traditional pot or column still, this allowed them to experiment with decidedly non-traditional products. They have now upgraded to a 25 litre vacuum still to keep up with demand. |
