Ayala

Ayala was founded over 150 years ago in 1860 when Edmond de Ayala received the magnificent Chateau as the dowry for his wedding. It has always been at the heart of the great champagne vineyards, seeing a great degree of early popularity among the British aristocracy after introducing them to the 1865 vintage with a very low dosage for that period. By the 1920s, Ayala had become one of the top champagne houses, producing over a million bottles every year and employing over 100 workers.

In 2005, Ayala was acquired by the Bollinger family with the intention of restoring the name to its former glory and is once again being served in the world's finest restaurants and receiving critical acclaim. The Ayala range today is both modern and innovative; an expression of freshness, purity and precision.
