Baron de Chirel

Baron de Chirel is the creation of the Marques de Riscal wine estate, one of Spain's oldest Rioja wineries. Introduced in 1986 as an experimental production, Baron de Chirel uses only grapes from very old vines, between 80 and 110 years old which have a very low yield, but an exceptional quality.

Baron de Chirel is only produced in the best vintage years, and then on a very limited scale.
