Belsazar White Vermouth has a light golden amber colour. On the nose you get honey, white grapes, peach, orange zest, green apple with hints of almond, clove, cardamom and a touch of vanilla. To taste there's light sweet honey with vanilla, bitter orange, bitterness from the wormwood and some Christmas-like spice. Belsazar Vermouths are produced using wines from the Black Forest region in South Baden, Germany. Fortified with fruit brandy, and the added herbal infusion from wormwood, give it extra complexity. |
