It offers an insight into Maison Bollinger's mastery of this grape variety. This Blanc de Noir is a white Champagne made from the gentle pressing of red Pinot Noir grapes. With a distinct style, it showcases the nuaces of the Verzenay terroir, that constitutes the principal cru in the blend. It has been created predominantly from the 2019 base year. Best served at between 10 and 11°C to highlight its unique style and aromas. Ready to enjoy immediately but if you can wait, it can be kept in storage for further ageing and complexity.

Aroma: Very expressive, fruity nose with orchard fruits followed by red fruit flavours and hints of more exotic notes. A symphony of delicate, ethereal scents where each indulgence of the aroma comes together in perfect harmony.
Taste: All the fruitiness of the aroma follows through on the palate. Blending white fruit and citrus notes with a mingling of Granny Smith acidity with fleshy vine peach and vibrant blood orange flavours. The supple and silky texture creates a highly elegant wine.
