Chambord is inspired by a raspberry liqueur from the Loire Valley of France created in the late 1600s. It is said that the liqueur was served to Louis XIV upon his visit to the chateau and immediately became his favourite drink.
Chambord's unique and attention-catching bottle is based on a globus cruciger, the orb and cross used as a symbol of authority in royal regalia for centuries. Chambord makes as unique an impression on the shelf as it does in a glass. |
