Sourcing the best cooperage oak in the world from the Vosges forest of France and the woods of Missouri before bespoke toasting the casks, they hand-select the best casks from the best distilleries to create innovative new recipes, blended for balance, richness and complexity. Each whisky uses just a few components, allowing each ingredient to come through in the final character. After blending, the blend is returned to casks to marry for up to three years to create the highest quality whisky.
