Cotswolds Dry Gin has soft notes of black pepper with a hint of perfumed Cotswolds lavender. Produced in small batches, this is hand-made gin is made to perfection.
Cotswolds Gin is made in the Cotswolds in Warwickshire, from 9 carefully selected Botanicals including locally grown Cotswolds lavender, juniper, bay leaf, fresh lime and grapefruit peel, angelica root, cardamon, coriander and black pepper. It's created using neutral grain wheat spirit and bottled by hand. The expression of the traditional London dry style comes from the maceration into pure wheat spirit of juniper, coriander and angelica root, which have been left for 12 hours to allow their flavour characteristics to fully infuse. Then the unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed are added into the bespoke Holstein pot still for distillation before finishing with naturally refined Cotswolds water. |
