Dead Mans Fingers Spiced Rum Miniature 5cl bottle. A small batch spiced rum from The Rum & Crab Shack in Cornwall. Caribbean rum is blended with warming spices and matured in former Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The flavour profile is inspired by Cornish regional favourites, such as saffron cake, spiced fruits and the Crab Shack's own Pedro Ximenez Ice Cream. Sweet vanilla and caramel notes are prominent on the nose with a touch of cinnamon and citrus. To taste, the sweetness steps back, allowing the spices to shine all the more prominently, with flavours of cinnamon, saffron and brown sugar. Dead Man's Fingers excels in cocktails, mixed with cola or even simply sipped on its own. |
