A light golden colour with a big nose and lots of oak, vanilla and a touch of marmalade. It's crisp on the palate with spicy oak and a light grainy touch. The flavours develop with more oak coming through, a hint of mint and apple. The finish is rich, with a slightly rustic note and a kick from the spirit.
