Giardini di Ravello
Giardini di Ravello was created in 1991 to turn the lemons of the Amalfi Coast of Italy into a high quality liqueur. The recipe for the drink is one passed down through generations of the local families in the region, and one version appears under the name "Rosolino al limone" in a book dating back to 1400. Giardini di Ravello is created only from the special "Sfusato" lemons native to the region. A large, elongated, unusually shaped lemon with a thick, aromatic peel, these are the only ingredients other than sugar and water used in the production of Giardini di Ravello. No artificial colours or preservatives are added. |
