Aged exclusively in first-fill casks, Glenmorangie 1996 Grand Vintage Malt is a showcase to supreme creaminess emanating from the wood, that's fully interwined with a deep concentration of the spirit's fruity, floral influence.
The palate has clear notes of zesty citrus fruits including oranges and lemons, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, oak spice and a touch of marzipan. The finish is delicate, with hints of almond, pear and cake mix.
