Gordon's London Dry Gin was first developed in 1769 by Alexander Gordon, setting up a distillery in the Southwark area of London. His Special London Dry Gin recipe proved so successful that it's recipe remains unchanged today, and is known to only twelve people in the world.
Today, Gordon's iconic square faced bottle is recognised around the world and is the world's best selling London Dry gin. It has remained the UK's favourite gin since the 19th century. |
