Hoxton Gin is the creation of Gerry Calabrese, son of world renowned bartender Salvatore Calabrese. Looking to reinvent the classic, to create a fun gin to stand out from the rest, he experimented with several recipes to add something exotic to the traditional juniper character.
The flavours he found his gin needed were coconut and grapefruit. Definitely not flavours anyone would expect to find in a gin, this creative concoction opens up new drinks possibilities, reinvigorating a whole host of classic gin cocktails.
