Produced in Mexico from 100 percent blue agave, this blanco tequila is bottled without aging, allowing the raw character of the distillate to remain at the forefront. The agave is cooked, fermented, and distilled before being rested briefly, if at all, resulting in a clear spirit that emphasises freshness and intensity. Without the influence of oak, the profile highlights the natural sweetness and vegetal notes of agave, supported by citrus and spice elements developed during distillation. Compared to aged expressions, it is more direct and vibrant, with a sharper structure and a stronger sense of the raw ingredient. It is well suited to cocktails such as Margaritas and Palomas, where its bright and assertive profile can stand up to citrus and mixers, but it can also be enjoyed neat for a more immediate expression of agave.
