Licor 43 is said to be a re-invention of an ancient drink dating back to the Roman era by the name of Liqveur Mirabilis. The recipe, handed down in secret through centuries until in 1946, when brothers Diego and Angel Zamora along with their sister and brother-in-law, brought the drink to the world.
