Liverpool Gin is the creation of Mark Hensby, managing director of the Liverpool Organic Brewery working with pub landlord John O'Dowd.
In its day as the world's largest port, Liverpool had a gin industry to compare to London, inspiring Hensby and O'Dowd to revive the city's once-great industrial tradition in the original Bank Hall distillery.
