Domaine Louis Michel et Fils have been making fine Chablis wines in the heart of the village which gives its name to the appellation since 1850. The Domaine today is run by Jean-Loup Michel alongside his nephew Guillaume Gicqueau-Michel who uphold the family's traditions.
Domaine Louis Michel et Fils have for many years taken the decision to stop producing wine in wooden barrels, preferring instead to use stainless steel tanks so as not to mask the clean pure wine taste with artificial wood flavours. |
