This is the 2021 Release of Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old. Created with single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Once filled, these casks provide richness and complexity to the spirit, that remains undisturbed for 18 years. The result is a single malt characterised by mature oak, ginger and raisin flavours.
Colour: light mahogany.
Nose: dried fruits and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
Palate: soft and rich, with hints of spice, clove, orange and toasted mature oak.
Finish: lingering with dried fruits, ginger and orange zest.
The bottle comes presented a black Macallan 18 Year Old box.
