A golden yellow colour. Maxime Trijol VSOP has vanilla, spice and some dried fruit on the initial aromas, developing into hints of apricot and oak. Well structured body, mellow and rich on the palate, whilst also fruity with a light and elegant touch. It finishes well with a little tickle of fire from the spirit. |
