Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old is bottled at 107 proof. It has a sweet vanilla nose with caramel, pecan and oak wood. The smooth, mellow flavour consists of robust wheat, cherries and oak. The finish is long, reminiscent of smoky wheat with hints of fruit, spice and oak tannins. This bourbon whiskey is bottled at near barrel proof.
