R L Seale's rum is produced at the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, and named after the founder of the company, Reginald Leon Seale, in 1926. It is a blend of pot and column still rums aged 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, before further maturation in former madeira and French brandy casks.
The bottle is styled after an old leather flask sailors might once have kept their rum in, indented for ease of handling, inset with a metal badge and sealed with wax. This exceptional attention to detail beautifully compliments an exquisite rum. |
