Roederer Estate Rosé is composed of a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. Its subtle salmon colour comes from the addition of a small portion of pinot noir wine with extended maceration. About three to five percent of the blend is the pinot noir red wine before secondary fermentation. Together, the blend and addition of the small amount of red wine create a charming wine of discreet finesse.
Roederer Estate Brut Rosé is both full and rounded with smooth flavours and fine persistent bubbles. The extra measure of Pinot Noir contributes to its elegance and austerity, which balances nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Chardonnay.
