In producing this premium Limoncello liqueur, fragrant Amalfi lemons are used. These are picked at the end of spring when the lemon oil is most aromatic. Only the best eau de vie is used to infuse the lemon zest. This lemon zest is then left to infuse for five full weeks. This liqueur can be enjoyed straight at room temperature, chilled over ice, straight from the freezer or as part of a cocktail.
