Signal Hill is a blended whisky from Canada. Made using Canadian corn and barley, it's aged in Canadian whisky casks, new white oak casks and bourbon casks to create a whisky with a rich, deep amber colour. On the nose, there's a delicate blend of honey, vanilla, dried fruit and a hint of spice. It feel rich, full-bodied and well-balance on the palate. The finish is long, warm and lingering. Signal Hill Whisky is non-chill filtered, ensuring its rich flavour is retained through the ageing and distillation process.
