Amaro del Capo is a herb based liqueur from Calabria, Italy. It has been developed over four generations of the Caffo family. Amaro del Capo consists of herbs, flowers, fruit and roots from the Calabrian region infused in the finest alcohol. It can aid digestion and give a feeling of wellbeing. Bitter orange, sweet orange liquorice, mandarin, camomile and Juniper are just some of the 29 medicinal herbs which can be found in this unique infusion. Its delicate and aromatic taste delivers a light and not so bitter finish. A Calabrian tradition is to serve Amaro del Capo frozen at 20°C to emphasize the characteristics of the herbs. |
