The 2015 vintage of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame comes presented in one of a range of 6 coloured boxes (blue, light green, lavender, white, aquamarine or deep blue). The design of the gift box and label for the bottle has been created by Paola Paronetto - an Italian artist using her signature palette of hues.
Colour: A beautiful, golden colour with a bright sparkle
Nose: On the nose, there are initial notes of white flowers, such as jasmine and honeysuckle, followed by more fruity nuances of apple, pear and peach. Some touches of fresh sliced almond and frangipane are also present.
Palate: In the mouth, more evolved complex aromas present dried apricot, hazelnuts, honey and hints of sugar candy. The silky textures adds to the wines personality and character. The ageing has provided depth and power to the wine.
