Vieux Pruniers

Domaine des Vieux Pruniers are located in the French village of Bue, just a short distance from Sancerre, well known for its vineyards on steep hillsides. The latest generation in a long line of vignerons, Christian Thirot-Fournier runs the Domaine alongside his wife, tending to their 10 hectares of vines split between two varieties: 7 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 3 hectares of Pinot Noir. The pair are working towards sustainable development in their winery so as to best convey the terroir of their excellent wines.
