Warner's Rhubarb Gin is made from a crop of rhubarb first grown in Queen Victoria's Buckingham Palace kitchen garden. The Harrington Dry Gin is used as a base for Victoria's Rhubarb Gin, which is then blended with fresh pressed rhubarb juice from a traditional fruit press. Using the natural rhubarb juice retains the beautiful pink colour of the gin which would be lost if it were distilled like the other botanicals.
