White Heron British Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur is crafted with blackcurrant's grown in the fields of a family farm in Herefordshire. This natural fruit liqueur is rich and full bodied. It's made using freshly picked British blackcurrant's. They are allowed to ferment naturally with champagne yeast, then blended with vodka to fortify. A little sugar is then added to bring out all the intensely fruity flavours.
A delicious aperitif, it is also a perfect complement to champagne, cocktails and desserts.
