Ypioca
Ypioca is Brazil's largest producer of cachaca, dating back five generations to 1846, and producing 126 million litres of cachaca per year. Brazil's national drink, cachaca is a close relative of rum, distilled from sugarcane juice rather than the sugarcane byproduct, molasses that is typically used in rum production. Distilling from the sugarcane juice itself is considered to retain the taste of sugar better. Ypioca is committed to the quality of its product, using only raw materials grown on their own estates to oversee quality control. Even the bottle's distinctive woven bottle cover is braided from sugarcane plants by talented craftsmen, making every single bottle unique. |
